What's your fee structure?

I charge just 15% of the candidate's first year salary, no matter how senior the role. This fee is payable only when a suitable candidate starts. No upfront fees, no hidden costs.

For context, most large agencies charge 18-25%, especially for more Senior hires. 

Do you only recruit Finance roles?

Finance is my specialism and where most of my placements happen, but I can also recruit across Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Support for SMEs. If you need multiple hires, I can help across all departments. Talk to me about your specific needs and I'll be more than happy to help.

 

Do you offer any guarantees on your placements?

I offer a 90-day replacement guarantee on placements to ensure satisfaction with my services.

If your new hire leaves or doesn't work out within the first three months, I'll find you a suitable replacement at no additional fee.

 

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?

For most roles, I can deliver your first candidates within 3-5 days, if not sooner. More senior or niche positions might take 2-3 weeks. I'll always be upfront about realistic timelines. I'd rather take the time to ensure every candidate is the right match than send over multiple CVs that haven’t been properly qualified. Quality, over quantity is how I work.

What areas do you cover?

I'm based in Bournemouth and recruit primarily across the South Coast (Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex) and Home Counties (Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire). I'm open to other locations for the right clients and I often partner with London based companies.
