With over 10 years of experience recruiting across industries including SaaS, FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail and more! I’m all about delivering a personal, bespoke service. Building solid relationships is what drives me, and my many happy clients say I’m doing something right! ;)
I kicked off my recruitment career at Brook Street, later working for some smaller, independent agencies and then for Tate in London, gaining valuable skills and experience with some leading companies. Although I learned a lot, the role often felt transactional..... more focused on making fees, than truly delivering an excellent service.
Being able to work in my own style lets me deliver the kind of service I’m proud of. I founded Vibrite Recruitment Group to partner with growing SMEs who want to grow, but struggle to find good people through traditional methods....
Recruiters are often known for being pushy salespeople.... that's not me at all! Being upfront and genuine is how I always work. I believe in doing things the right way, with honesty and integrity at the core of everything I do.
Growing up in West London, then later moving to Buckinghamshire when I was 29 - I have a large network across Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & London. In September 2024 I moved down to beautiful, sunny Bournemouth, where I now live with my Fiancé. I have 2 grown-up Sons, Twin baby Grandsons and 2 soon-to-be Step-Daughters. Although I now live on the South Coast, I still recruit remotely for clients across the UK.
Outside of work you'll find me taking long walks in nature, reading crime novels, listening to personal development, taking fitness classes (I love spinning!) and travelling to amazing countries. I'm always happiest on a beach and being a typical Pisces, I love living by the sea! :-)


What does the name "Vibrite" mean?
Pronounced “Vibe-rite,” the name reflects Carla’s belief in matching the right candidates with the right companies.... not just with skills, but the perfect team and culture fit. We take pride in our thorough interview process to ensure candidates not only have the right experience, but will also fit seamlessly with your company’s unique “vibe.”
One of Carla’s biggest strengths? She really gets to know you and your team, so she can find people who not only have the skills you need, but who will also fit in naturally, will vibe well with everyone and be a true value-add to your organisation.
Along with advertising in all the usual places, we love headhunting to find those hidden gems who might not be actively looking, but could be the perfect fit! We save you time and money by taking care of the initial screening process and only presenting candidates who we feel are right - no sending CVs just for the sake of it!
In addition, every candidate will be thoroughly prepped for interview via teams video call, meaning less time wasted on candidates who haven't properly prepared or know nothing about your company or the role they're interviewing for....
